Consoles, Sofa Tables and End Tables seem to be my most popular builds these last few months. Here are some of the ones I’ve made these last few months.

Distressed Sofa Table and End Table

I made this for a returning client. It’s a Bar Height Sofa Table and matching End Table. The tops are stained in Dark Walnut and made with Poplar Hardwood. The X’s are Pine and also stained in Dark Walnut. The bases are done with a distressed technique using white and stain, built with KILN dried Fir, Pine and Birch wood. I think go over all the base and just sand until I’m happy with the distressing. The tops and base are then sealed. The Console fit 2-3 stools and a perfect spot to have a snack, entertain, and more. The shelving is perfect to hold some home decor pieces or maybe store some wine. Lots of options.
Bypass Sliding Door Recycle Console

Bypass Sliding Door Recycle Console
This Bypass Sliding Door Recycle Console was a Custom order that was shipped to New Jersey! The client was wanting something that would hide the recycle cans, but also have some counter space to put down your purse, keys and more. So we added a divider in the middle to separate the top. The top is stained in Dark Walnut and made with Poplar Hardwood. The base is painted in Sherwin Williams Futon. Built with Kiln dried Fir, Pine and Birch wood. The bypass hardware is black, which honestly was really hard to find for these doors. Most bypass hardware is meant for bigger barn doors. The doors are also painted in Sherwin Williams Futon, built with Pine and Birch. The X’s are Pine stained in Dark Walnut.

Chevron Console
This Chevron Console went to another returning client. She wanted one built to match the one we had made. This one was going behind the sofa though. The Chevron Top is Pine stained in Special Walnut. The base is built with KILN dried Fir and Birch also stained in Special Walnut. After it was done I went over all of it with a fine sanding block to add some light distressing.
This Sliding Door Console is probably one of my favorites right now. I think its the color, but I also think it’s the style. I made this for another returning client for the nursery. I see baskets filled diapers. This can also be used later for another area when the baby grows up. The console is all stained in Special Walnut. The top was made with Poplar Hardwood and the bases was made with KILN dried Fir, Birch and Pine. My favorite part is the chunky frame all around the bottom.
Plenty more Consoles are on the calendar, so I’ll post them as soon as I can.,
