Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This has always been our policy. No refunds, cancellations, returns ,exchanges or for any other reason. This policy applies to deposits, payments , time frames, delays, shipping or you changed your mind.
If for some reason WE can’t fulfill your order, we’ll cancel it and fully refund you within 30 ( thirty) business days. (Monday-Friday)

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are NOT included in your invoice at the time of purchase. We set-up shipping when the build is closer to completion. There are two options when it comes to shipping. Our preferred method is our Private Shipper, but there is other options. Whatever you choose please know, we are no longer responsible for delays or damages once it leaves our Shop. Any issues, will need to be taken care of with the shipper.
All orders will have pictures sent to them BEFORE the item ships. We take pictures not only for you, but if your item is damaged in shipping we have proof that it was NEW before it was shipped.
If any item is returned OR refused at delivery the Shipper will charge YOU additional charges at the time of delivery.
Shipping Options
Private Shipper (preferred)
We have several private shippers we use regularly that go to the East & West Coast and some that only do the West Coast. They do require payment at the time of pick-up. They also wrap the build with moving blankets and plastic wrap. Sometimes they will need help unloading, sometimes they wont, they will communicate that with you. Your cell number will be needed as they will be communicating with you when they’re close.
U-ship
This option has a private shipper drop off your order directly to your home. I recommend going over to their website so you have an understanding on how it works. We’ll set the listing up (pictured below) and keep in contact with the shipper until he arrives and delivers. The shipping costs are paid when they deliver the item.
Some reminders…
-If any item is returned, not picked up OR refused at delivery the BUYER will be responsible for any charges. If it’s through a private shipper, they will charge YOU for the return.
-If your order is delayed for pick-up or delivery we are not responsible.
While we only control OUR time frames, we DON’T control the Shipping or the schedules. We just ask you to be please be patient and kind to your Shipper.
Time Frames
This is how long it takes to get to your order, build, curing and finishing. Shipping time is NOT included in the time frame. Your completion date starts the day you order plus the estimated time frame. It can be extended if you order around a vacation
Extended Time Frame: This happens when you order around a vacation your time of completion is extended. For example: If you ordered a 10-12 week build and I’m on vacation for 3 weeks, that means that your order is extended 3 weeks making it 15 weeks. This doesn’t mean it’s late its EXTENDED because you ordered around a vacation.
