REMINDER: The following steps happen ONLY if you are ordering directly from us, instead of Online.  

Out of State Orders: MUST be paid in FULL. If for some reason WE can’t fulfill your order, we’ll cancel it and fully refund you in 30 ( thirty) business days. (Monday-Friday)

Let’s talk about your build..

.Typically when you reach out via email, social media, text and more, we’ll discuss the details of your desired build with you. During that conversation we’ll cover dimensions, finishes, and any other specifics needed depending on the build. 

After all the details of your build are decided, here’s what happens next: We require a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit to get on our schedule. We’ll send you an invoice through Square via email, so we’ll need that. Major credit/debit cards accepted; sorry, no checks. We also include our Sales Agreement contract which goes over our policy. Intials /Signature are REQUIRED before payment. You can visit our Terms & Conditions for legal and more detailed information. 

We’ll keep you updated through out the process via text message and will send pics once the build is built and ready for paint/staining. Final pics will be sent to you and at that point we’ll discuss pick-up/ Delivery.

Deposit & Final Payment

.A 50% Non-Refundable Deposit MUST be paid for orders over $200. Remaining balance is due at completion and MUST be paid BEFORE pick-up or delivery.

NOTE: I want to talk about the BEFORE. I will NOT wait to be paid until you see the item in person. This has always been our policy, but you’re welcome at anytime during the building process to come and see how it’s going ( by appointment only) 

Out of State: Pay in FULL at the time of purchase. 

Terms of Termination


**This only applies to LOCAL Orders ONLY. Out of State orders ALL SALES FINAL.**
If the customer chooses to cancel/terminate their order prior to product completion the customer is responsible for payment for all work done up to the date of cancellation, plus a cancellation fee of $100. 

**IMPORTANT: With this action any deposits or payments made will not be refunded per our Refund policy.**

Modifications

To change anything in this Contract, the Customer and the Business must agree to the change in writing. If a request is given by the Customer, they will be given a new estimate and completion date. 

Refunds 

All sales are final. This has always been our policy. No refunds, cancellations, returns, exchanges or for any reason.

Your build and it’s Character 


No two pieces will be exactly alike. All of our wood is purchased through our local lumber yard and hardwood is also locally sourced. Our wood comes kiln dried and moisture is checked before using it for your build. We then plane, joint and sand each piece before applying any stain or paint. All pieces are made of primarily natural materials. As a result, on occasion, there can be changes in the color, possible cracks, some shrinking or bowing.Temperature in your home can also bring changes to your build. As with all wood, there still can be movement even after being treated or outdoor safe.

Please remember there could be minor imperfections, such as; knots, cracks, nicks, holes, dips, gaps, chipped wood, saw blade marks, natural wood stain marks, sap stain or glue stains. Our belief is that all these things add character, beauty and make each piece unique.

Distressed Furniture- Will have raw wood and stain show through. This technique is what adds character to the build to give it that rustic, old and distressed look
