72″ Herringbone Mini-Fridge Console w/ Drawers

The Herringbone Mini Fridge Console just got a little better! We had a client in California that wanted to add some drawers to the console for more storage, so we made that happen. The overall dimensions of this build is 72’L x 28″D x 39″H

The console table is painted in Tricorn Black and the wood is stained in Dark Walnut by Minwax. We used the Poplar Hardwood for the top, Pine for the herringbone and drawer fronts. The base is made with fir, birch and pine and the drawers are made with pre-finished birch.

With the 72″ Console we add two doors. It covers the drawers and on the standard it covers the storage area that has two adjustable shelves. With the double doors you can hide the mini-Fridge and just expose 3 of the drawers, or slide them both over and expose the mini-fridge. For Sliding door hardware we went with black to keep that Modern Farmhouse look and blend with the doors. For the drawers we use BLUM soft-close hardware. They’re the best for when it comes to hardware so we use them on our builds as much as possible.

Drawers can be added to the 48″ and 60″ size consoles as well. The amount of drawers will vary though for each size. Thats the joy of custom work though, we can design what works for you .
